Morgan Fairchild (born PatsyAnn McClenny Feb. 3 1950) is an acclaimed American actor. She gained prominence between late 1970s until the mid-80s, when she was featured in numerous television shows that typically featured a glamourous look. Fairchild started her acting career from 1973-1977 on CBS' Search for Tomorrow the daytime soap, playing Jennifer Pace. In 1978 she appeared on the primetime soap opera Dallas as the first actress in history to play Jenna Wade before taking a part in the lead role of the NBC show Flamingo Road in 1980 (for which she received the Golden Globe Award for Best Actress in a Television Series Drama). Fairchild was on ABC's short premiertime soap Paper Dolls and also for Falcon Crest in 1985-86 as Jordan Roberts. Fairchild has also been seen in theatre, as well as as a guest on TV programs like Murphy Brown and Roseanne Cybill. Fairchild was also considered for an Primetime Emmy Award in 1985 due to her performance in the drama. She's a member of SAG-AFTRA.
